When playing this song, only hold each note for as long as it ought to be 
played.  Sounds somewhat redundant, but the attraction of this song is the 
lack of sustain to each note, save the transition from Part B to C and the 
entirety of section C...the more punctual and 'one-note-at-a-time' you play 
Part A, the more flowing C will sound, which is the point.
