Does any one have a tab for TR's rendition of this song? I thought I remembered seeing one some time ago, so I thought I'd double check before trying to decypher TR's arrangement. |

Hmm...I've seen All You Need is Love; never heard of him doing Here Comes the Sun though. Do you have a date when he played it by chance? Did he sing? |

I play one similar, maybe a little more like Tommy Emmanuel's version, but Here Comes the Sun is Here Comes the Sun.
Tim's version has a seen a few different incarnations. Usually played on a 12-string, 2 memorable available ones I can think on are 3/4/06 (in D) and 4/30/05 (in A) both of which I believe are downloadable. |

I did a quick recording of my pooey rendition, I been playing Beatles all afternoon. The chords are all similar to Tim's version in D, though I am capo'ed on 2, I'll tab mine out if you want the chords. Note, I cut my index finger on a bottle yesterday, and the strings dug into that wound a few times while playing. AHAHA

If you get a chance, check out Tommy's medley on YouTube, search for 'Emmanuel Here Comes the Sun mix' |

Sounds good HRW! I like your version a lot. Quick quesiton for you, what are you recording with? I've been meaning to get something to record onto my computer and could use some advice. |

I am recording with dog poo on cloth actually. Old school.
Nah, anyway, I am just running my guitar through my pedal board into my Fender Passport PA, into my Creative Labs SB Audigy 2 PCMCIA card in my laptop and recording with the freeware program Audacity...instant pooey guitar sound!
Glad you like, Ben, I play mad Beatles...I should put some up. My While My Guitar...is fairly badass. AHAHA |

I play it the way George played it on SNL. That has to be George's best song ever, imo. If I am ever depressed, or down, or just strung out, and I play that song I immediately smile. George knew how to bring out so much joy in music, it's amazing.
I still haven't heard Tim's version though. Is there a way anyone could post an mp3 of it? |

I don't know, George has some of my favorite songs. While My Guitar, Something, Tomorrow Never Knows, Old Brown Shoe, Love You To...it's awesome, but I don't think you can say it bests any of his other songs...except Savoy Truffle. AHAHA, I just don't like that song. |
