I am not sure there is one. Jon would be the best one to ask. Jon and I had actually come up with one before we talked to Tim about it and then Tim wanted to use the Eura coverart. I don't know if a new CD cover was made at that time. If not, you may be able to get Jon to send you the ones we worked out for the original cover art. I am sure he still has them around.
