| Tim has been my idol for 5 years and last night he put on a fantastic show. Unfortunately, I don't think he got near as much respect as he deserved. The assorted vermin in the place just disgusted me and one particular guy in the front row was on another wavelength of patronization which I didn't know existed. I was very much hoping that Tim would come out to socialize afterward but I didn't get to stick around long after the show so I'm not sure if he did. Setlist was great, especially Propaganda Machine. I had my fingers crossed for Hopeful Heresy or maybe even Jemez Rolling Waves but oh well - great job Tim! I'm not sure if they were Fluffy or Rew's parents present, but regardless, I must apologize for my friend bothering them. haha |

It was (c)Rew's parents who were at the show in Wilmington. We had a wonderful TIMe hanging with them. The really enjoyed the show. The last TIMe they saw TR was when we played there on the ChaosView TouR. It is safe to say that this performance was more to there liking than that one, but they also really enjoyed the ChaosView show with all it's bells and whistles. We had a great nite in Wilmington, great room, great staff and great set. Luvin' that new Aura pedal. Took some getting used to just because it makes the guitar sound so different, not the sound Rew and I are used to that it made soundchecks a bit more difficult at first getting used to the new sound and presence of the guitar. Anyway, here is the setlist:

The show was recorded by us to minidisc from the board and there was also a wonderful crew there with 3 or 4 cameras that shot the whole show so that should be available soon. I think they tapped in one camera to the soundboard but I don't know how that worked out. As for our recording, we obviously had to switch the disc at some point but I don't think Rew missed to much of the show when he switched it. I am pretty sure he switched during one of TR's improv noise compilation pieces. |
