I'm sitting in Logan airport in Boston waiting for a flight and I'm extremely nervous. Not sure why cause I fly alot but this is the first time since 9/11 and this particular airport has me a bit shakey.
Is it too early to visit the lounge for a cocktail?

I don't think the "extra" security measures have really helped that much, as I've heard that people have still managed to sneak things through then call the FAA later on to report their "sneakiness," then get arrested for the excellent discovery. But, I've flown a ton b/c I have to, and it's at least AS safe as before. And yes, roosters have tails!

I agree with powdrdogdmb, I am sure it is at least as safe as it has ever been. Remember fewer people die in plane crashes than on the nations highways. I fear we are in greater peril than you. Have a safe trip.
ps:Roosters do have tails, Cocks just have saggy balls!

EEK!! Don't say that right now. Your right though, the security here seems really lax. Isn't that what happened before? They are probably monitoring my internet correspondance as we speak rather than watching for joe terror. I'm definitely going to the lounge for drinks and smokes.
