That's Aura, Tim's daughter. She is saying (best I remember, anyway) "Hi everybody, we're gonna have the goodest time ever!"
Aura is also the little girl that has the blue hair on the home page of this very site. That's the same as the picture as the one they made for the cover art on ID.
That's also Aura on the last track of the album, I think it's 18, and I think it isn't named. It is about Psycho and the other cat, both of which are theirs.
That's cool that Tim includes his daughter in his music projects. If I ever have kids....and get to actually DO music projects, I hope to include them.
