Being a beer snob-eseur, I can tell you 15 yr old mead would be splendid. Fermenting just adds to the body and character of the drink...and alcohol content.

| I'll be going to German Christmas Markets soon and each one usually has somebody selling mead (spelled Met here) made from honey. If that will do it for you, send me your address and I'll mail you a bottle. (if it's legal in your state to send beer/wine) |
