Hate to be the bearer of bad news ... but I keep getting this error message:
Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'
Could not use ''; file already in use.
/forum/inc_top.asp, line 75
Have you thought about using ADO within your ASP code instead? It's much faster than JET and a bit more reliable as well. (Hopefully you aren't using MS Access)

yeah. jsoldo fixed it earlier, but it came back. maybe because of the new homepage design.
