some of you may recall a run-in i had with a certain figure of folklore and gothic literature. my story has been confirmed.
to recap. coming up on two years ago, a friend of mine claimed to have seen frankenstein at around 3 am coming back from my house on a certain road in a busted down, little old barn. i doubted his claim. he described him as tall, thin, green-blue "like a corpse" and he walked with an odd gait. months of ridicule ensue. about 3 months into making fun of him, and one night i was driving down that self-same road, and son of a bitch. i saw him. now, my friend claims to have seen him with his lights. for me it was more a motion of sillohettes. but he was tall, kind of thin, and walked with an odd gait. that would be about a year and a half ago. i related this story to my uncle last week, and he claims that, around 30 years ago, he and his friends were driving down that same road, in front of that same barn, and saw an old man who "looked like he was dead" standing on the side of the road. my uncle things that's weird, old guy who's clearly got problems standing on a relatively rual road at 3 am. so they turn around, and my uncle rolls his window down and calls to the guy, asking if he needs help. the guy, if that's what he was, reached both hands into the car, going for my uncle. he said not a word. well, they drove the fuck away.
i'm telling you, something there is fucked. that's 3 people (me, my friend and my uncle) that i trust the judgement and honesty of, claiming to have seen something like that in that spot. i am making another journey into that area thursday night around 1am. i haven't asked anyone of my friends to join me, but i will, and i don't know if they will. point is, come friday morning, i may be dead. or at least arrested for trespassing. so just a heads up on that. |

| it should be noted that the 2 years ago excursion was not into frankenstein country. it was towards an old abandoned country club. the whole thing is basically wood and fields, with the buildings near the back. tomorrow night isn't so much a trip to find out what the fuck is wrong with where i live like the last one was. this is more a long the lines of hunting the beast. i have a sort of mental ivory leg, you see. |

Go get him! Man, if I was on that side of the country, I'd go out with you. Any other intresting things happen at that lab where they do animal testing?
