I was surprised when I opened my local newpaper, Bucks County Courier Times, this morning and found a lengthy AP article on Chris's death, complete with photo.

I also heard someone said it wa son the "ticker" on fox news of all things.
I just got his new album Soft Dangerous Shores and I listened to it about 5 times since last night. I can even believe how cool it sounds. Another totally different Whitley album. I was really impressed and it was a surreal experience hearing him sing some of the last songs he ever recorded. Simply amazing.
I can't wait for Reiter In...have you guys heard the samples on CW's website? All Beauty Taken from You is pretty sweet...Also, there's a duo album he recorded with Jeff Lang that's coming out sometime in the spring, I beleive, which should be pretty farkin' sweet as well.
