So I finished The Gunslinger (the first of seven in this series) not too long ago and I loved it. It's such a strange story but really, really good. I've just started The Drawing of the Three and so far it's great. Just as weird as the first one and just as good.

Anyone else a fan of these books?

I've read them all and loved them all, my favorites being The Gunslinger and Wizard and Glass. It is a fantastic story, and I always imagine Roland to be a Clint Eastwood type from "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly".

I'm still not sure whether or not I like the ending of the series, but forge on and read them all. If you aren't familiar with King's other works, you may want to read them as a number of stories weave into the Dark Tower.
