I went to a cheepo with my friend dan at 11:33 to see if they would sell me the album a little early..... they wouldnt... so we had to kill 27 minutes.

So we looked though all their recent arivals of used cds.

Dan ended up getting, a G Love and Special Sauce cd, Travis - The Man Who, and two others that i cant remember.... anyway.

So 12:00 came around and i got my copy.

Came home and put on headphones and gave it a listen.

And i must say, i was quite amazed. they really created something amazing with this album.

I am a big fan of headphone music though.... so thats why i was so excited by it. Its got quite alot of dinamics... no one song that really sticks out though, so that is a plus too.

So anyway, i suggest you buy it and give it a listen in a dark room w/ headphones.

And one track in particular is amzingly beautiful. The Nurse Who Loved Me.

Which is a cover but i dont know who did it originaly.

Anyway, go buy it.

Remember, turn off your tv. Read.

I forgot that came out today!!! Good thing I'm working from home, I'll have to run out during lunch and get it.

Or ... I'll just download it, no sense making the RIAA happy about anything I do.

Music is dead

Did anyone else catch them on Jay Leno last night? Very rare for Maynard to be on TV like that, it was almost shocking to see him. He wore a tank top that said I love Brad Wilke (drummer from Rage/Audioslave). They did a kick ass performance of "The Outsider".
