After the "trip to the cd store" thread I began thinking about how much I'll be buying over the next month or two and there is a lot of great new stuff out... here are a few bands I really like that have albums coming out very soon:

Marilyn Manson
Bela Fleck & the Flecktones
Metallica
more Bob Marley remasters
A Perfect Circle
ahhhh I'm sure there are tons more too but those are off the top of my head |

I hope its as good as all of their other stuff. They are one of my favorite bands. V was an awesome album, even though no one bought it.

yes it is, The Matrix Reloaded is a kewl dvd that u can get that has 2 hours of behind the sceene footage of the first one, and small bits about the second. I watched it last night actually. Its kewl. |

I can't wait for Warcraft III expansion! That game is so well rounded and amazing.
And I saw a more involved preview for Matrix: Reloaded today! Holy cow! It looks insane and well done! I'm excited! Next Friday, baby! |

Has anyone seen any of the AniMatrix shorts? Theyre like animated backstories of The Matrix. I've seen two of them, the one that was on before Dreamcatcher in the theaters and there was a show on the AniMatrix on last night on MTV2. They summarized all the AniMatrix shorts and showed a new one. All of the AniMatrix shorts will be released on DVD in June I believe.

| Pat Metheny has a new cd coming out in a few weeks called "One Quiet Night" that's all solo baritone acoustic playing... very much up the ally of Tim fans. There are a few sample tracks out there and I'm pretty psyched about it... preordered mine already. |

I saw one of those shorts. It was the one before Dreamcatcher where the two people start by slicing each other's clothes off with swords. Was pretty cool. :D
However, I'm not going to rush out and buy the DVD. |

Damn Kevin, do ya have to come out with a topic like this? I am TRYING to be good and not buy a lot of CD's especially since I just bought tickets to see the Dead in June!
I am definitely looking forward to more Bela Fleck and the Flecktones!
I absolutely loved them in concert. If they come around here again, I'm there!
