What does Tim use to get that real spacy sound like on "Entity"? Is it the volumer pedal? |

he uses an Ernie Ball Mono Volume Pedal for the volume swells. Heres a pic of his pedals from last september (click for full size):
hes got the Mooger Fooger, DD5, Line 6, and something else that i forgot the name of. His Mooger Fooger was jacked durring Buffalo, and he replaced it, but im not sure if he got the same Ring Modulator or a different one.
So for Entity, i believe he loops with the Line 6, swells with the Ernie Ball, and that gets a little reverb from the DD5. dont quote me though, im not 100% sure. |

do you think the studio version of entity has overdubs? i know he loops and plays over it, but it really sounds like theres more than one guitar over the loop, moreso from his usual tricks. |
