I'd have to say 'retarted' is probably not the best word for them...as far as they are concerned, they are doing a hell of a job...I mean, they are probably making BILLIONS of dollars a year. And I would be hard pressed to make a case for anyone that makes that kind of cheese to be retarted.
I'd say they are extremely smart.
However, they can STILL suck it, as far as I'm concerned...

It's all about greed.... Ticketmaster can bite me. I hate resorting to buying tickets from them, that's if I can even get on the site when they go on sale. I will be extremely upset if they fuck with the Dave Matthews Band Fan ticket lottery.

I hate ticketmaster for the same reasons I hate Microsoft. It's horrible...I think that the band should have control over everything, and just pay a royalty to the venue and the ticket place. Or is that how it's done? I know the venue gets 20% of all profits, but still...

Yeah, but what can we do about Ticketscalper OR Microsoft...it would be like when Bill Gates offers to "buy out" Homer's home based internet company...come on Patrick, give us quotes from this one...it's a great episode...
