I've actually been looking into this...I just moved to a new place with a dog, so they flies get into the house frequently.

Cool idea, but im thinking replace the "Match Sticks" with Wooden Rulers, make a bigger plane, and glue down about 20 Dragonflies.....yeah.....

Being as you are using matches couldn't you light the matches on fire and make a fly version of Airport 77? It could be like those monkey moments only with flys. As the plane goes down in flames with all passengers aboard. I am one sick puppy! Sorry

So we got flies on a plane, flies on a blimp, flies on a sub...
Geez, these flies really get around. And you know what I do when they are around? I swat them!! So now we got flies on the S.W.A.T. team as well.

It was the first thing that popped into my head as well. Why would you use matches if you aren't going to have the plane go down in flames? It just doesn't make any sense.

Apparently I don't attract enough flies...I wouldn't be able to find enough to do this.
Now if mosquitoes was an option....hmmmm....there would be no limit to what I could do. I could be rich.

No, cause we've so many mosquitos here that I could power lots of stuff with them. Alaska has lots of mosquitos too, so they could do it as well. But they'd have to pay me. And I'd get rich.
