Everytime i try to Download from the FTP site i get "incorrect login" meaning my user name or password is incorrect, but they are correct....tim..reynolds....any thoughts?

They are working on the FTP site, I guess...They could have turned off the permissions for the "tim/reynolds" account, which would explain the "Incorrect Login" message you get.
