that pic is from the Sanctuary liner notes. Looks as if Tim has been rolling around in the mud or something, and it dried on him in places.

Ah, here is that "synchronicity" thing you all speak of! I have been trying to figure out what's going on with TIM's face in this picture for a long time, and lo and behold Erich re-posts said picture and I find myself asking the same question: What's up with TIM's face here?
