Posted - 04/28/2002 : 9:35:03 PM Yup. That's the Boss DD-5 delay. He has the reverse mode all the way up, and then when he turns it all the way down, whatever he played becomes an octave lower.

Oh yea, he does it on "Don't drink the water" at the very end, where dave stops playin and so does Tim, but Tim has looped some wierd cord and he droped the pitch somehow.

Posted - 04/26/2002 : 01:32:39 AM If he is playing, for example, the E string. I have seen him bend down and twist some little nob and change the pitch, whether it be to a lower or higher pitch.
