Posted - 03/15/2009 : 03:44:51 AM I still don't think it's a bad idea to have him sign it or play it or have a picture taken with it or such. Just be prepared for every possible scenario. |

Posted - 03/14/2009 : 2:19:07 PM I keep my heroes in glass containers in my basement. That's why I keep trying to get Tim to play in my area. |

Posted - 03/14/2009 : 1:59:12 PM I haven't totally come to a decision yet. I'm leaning towards not doing it (just because it would be a hassle).
And to some extent I think it might be slightly lame (no offense to anyone who's done it...and I still might end up doing it). I mean, I doubt Leo ever had anyone autograph his guitar. You know?
I do think it would be cool if he were to just play a few bars on the guitar. To think that his hands created music on the guitar that I'll be playing would be pretty amazing.
Do I sound like a stalker? I hope not... |

Posted - 03/14/2009 : 10:34:31 AM So have you decided to lug that beast of a guitar around fishing for an autograph? If so, good luck with that! I've kind of been thinkingabout it, but I don't believe I will. But like I said in the other thread I'll probably take that guitar ad in case I run into him. |

Posted - 03/13/2009 : 10:52:41 PM I'll be seeing him in April. His live shows are really great. He talks and tells stories as much (or more) than he plays...which could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on what kind of mood you're in.
Either way...it's a GREAT show. He's been performing for over 40 years and it's great to see him still put on a wonderful show. |

Posted - 03/13/2009 : 8:56:12 PM Thanks! 23 years old. That makes it that much more mind-blowing. I just bought tix to see him in Alexandria, VA in June. I've never seen him before. Stoked. |
