i say punish the guys, but also punish the town. here's my sentence:
the guys get jailtime according to the law. as for the town, they all gotta move out. they have to pack their shit, and move into the desert. they have to live there for however long the guy was able to fool them. once that's up, they can move back, but everyone who works in the school is fucking fired. they clearly have no idea what's going on. all the parents have to take tests to see if they're really smart enough to raise a kid. the ones who pass go about their lives just like before. the ones who don't lose their kids. the people who live there who don't have kids each get slapped in the head.
