Posted - 12/05/2006 : 12:18:10 PM It should be really good, it's more of a liquor than a beer. I imagine after 15 years the honey flavor should have really taken over. |

Posted - 11/25/2006 : 10:13:19 AM I'll be going to German Christmas Markets soon and each one usually has somebody selling mead (spelled Met here) made from honey. If that will do it for you, send me your address and I'll mail you a bottle. (if it's legal in your state to send beer/wine) |

Posted - 11/25/2006 : 03:34:37 AM *Blah!* alcohol . One of the worst things I ever tasted.
I'll just stick to my anti-depressants, anti-seizurs, anti-psychotics, and caffeine . |

Posted - 11/24/2006 : 5:17:32 PM Being a beer snob-eseur, I can tell you 15 yr old mead would be splendid. Fermenting just adds to the body and character of the drink...and alcohol content.
Enjoy, rogue! |
