But his conception of the entire universe is, to say the least, unorthodox. "I'm not into organised religion. We're very highly evolved and we should be very responsible for what we've learned. Earth is a flower and it's pollinating". "It's starting to send out things, and now we're evolving, they're getting bigger and they're able to go further. And they have to, because we need to spread out now in the universe. I think in 100 years we'll be living on other planets."

Yeah---You got it pretty much...they (Synyrd) were all big fans of Neil's...After the plane crash, Neil said, "This is a song for some friends of mine in the sky..." and played Sweet Home Alabama...Some substitute teachers would ask their students to research the "fight" just to see if the kids would really research it or not... |

From what I've heard of that whole situation, it was never really a big feud. It was just hyped up. Supposedly they were actually friends and the lines from Sweet Home Alabama came out as a joke that wasn't really taken personally. Who knows though. |
