So I have never dealt with FLAC, or any other sort of file transfer anything. I was wondering what programs I should use to convert or even how to go about finding such things. I know there are vast libraries of shows that I could access if i knew anything about this topic. Please help.

FLAC Frontend all the way. Just run a google search on it, it's out there and it's pretty easy to use.
