Prince was just added to Sat of The Coachella music festival. I was pretty much going only to see Portishead's big reunion, and there are a few other smaller bands that day I'm excited to see like Dredg, and Scars on Broadway.
I've got to say, I've never much cared for Prince, and all of this nonesense like him shutting down fan websites, and even doing things like pulling down TR3's cover of Purple Rain is even worse. Despite all of this I am still finding myself excited to see such a musical legend. |

Did Tim do the same teeth-picking performance at the Double Doors? and if it was during Purple Rain, which seems familiar, I think his solo from that night was a little better. At least from what i can remember. Shrooms tend to distort my vision/memory just a bit.
in other news, Prince sucks if he can't appreciate what TR3 did with the song. Granted, Tim's singing voice is MUCH better than Prince's  but it isn't about the voice its about the passion behind it. Great Job in my book. |

| I don't get it, it's free and legal to trade audio from live shows of Tim doing Prince covers, but putting them on youtube is not. |
