| No violence. Well maybe but hopefully not. I would just assume follow the legal process and elect a new government which will happen when our economy falls flat on it's face because we keep shipping so many dollars overseas to pay for war amongst other stupidities. |

awesome.
as my first act as the head of department of war, i am going to completely rename the campaigns. operation iraqi freedom is now operation murderfist. also, in addition to modern equipment, soldiers will now each have a +3 keen scimitar of smiting. this blade, in addition to doubling the soldier's critical hit range, allows them to perform the act of smiting, as the paladin special ability. they may smite civilian 3 times per day. soldiers add their effective character level to damage dealt and their charisma modifier to their attack bonus against non-combative bystanders.
actually, i decided to donate those scimitars to blackwater. |

well for magic immunities, i got you covered with my armor plan. armor depends on who's using it. ground troops have to be protected, but they also have to move. i'd probably give them dragonhide platemail. it's got a max dex of 8 and +9 ac. all you have to do enchant it with some damage reduction and you'll be all set. having a dr of 5 will basically cancel out any damage done by offensive cantrips as well as magic missile. i guess rings of elemental resistance would work, too. dr 15 against all elements. that takes care of lower level casters who specialize in evocation. |
