I've never really looked for TR torrents. You can get a ton of Tim and Dave Matthews shows at dreamingtree.org, but some are not seeded at all or might be seeded by only 1 or 2 people.
Otherwise, you can go to Archive.org and get a TON of Tim shows both solo and with the band TR3/Puke Matrix. They aren't torrents but just straight up downloads from the site.
