Generally, from what I've seen, the B&P is usually "offered" to people first. I don't think that any of the B&P people will respond well to random requests that are entirely non-specific to a particular show.
It takes quite a bit of work to get the DVDs together and sent out to others.
My recommendation is to hold-tight and wait until a new B&P is offered from some of the shows that are currently being edited or wait until the new run of shows starts up shortly.
I would offer to B&P one of the few shows that I've received, but I don't have a DVD burner at the moment...
i have blank dvds!
