I'm about to see TR at Wakarusa next weekend..probably twice. I'm curious, is he just playing acoustic stuff lately? Maybe one acoustic set and one electric set? Either way, I'm looking forward to it, but I really hope to hear some of his more experimental/rockin/darker stuff as well, to help balance out the nonstop "positive vibes" i'll be surrounded by (not that I have a problem with that, I just like variety).
If it's anything like the recent tour, it will be all acoustic, but very dark. I thought of the shows as acoustic hardcore when I saw him in April. Especially with his effects (rotosphere?) and the covers (Aphex Twin's "Come to Daddy").
