So, my last set of headphones just crapped out on me, and I need replacements. I'm looking to spend between $50-$85 on a pair of headphones, and I was wondering if any of you guys or ladies have recommendations on a good set of headphones, that provides great quality in that price range.

I haven't listened to them, but one of my buddies bought a pair of Bose headphones that he says are amazing. I believe they were in that relative price range, maybe a little more expensive. He said they are the same thing as the noise cancelling ones that they make, but without the noise cancelling so they aren't as expensive.
I turn again to the wisdom of the board...
