hey everyone, so in order to put these pics up, like i said in my other thread, i need to take the Coach House pics down. if anyone didnt get a chance to see/get them, email/pm myself or kevin, and we'll find a way to get them to you. here are the links for the new pics, enjoy!

Once again, great pictures Kevin! I especially like the ones of the "hands" close ups. At first when I looked at the one it looked like floating hands on the guitar!

First thanx for Matt for posting these for Kevin and us and next thanx to Kev for shooting them.
I did notice a few things.....First, it looks like your photography has gotten much better Kev!! I told you it would once you got used to the camera. Next, the lighting in San Diego sucked. I don't think I took one pic outside of soundcheck so I may be using yours for the website once we can look at pics again. On the other side, the Key Club lighting was awesome!! Although it looks as though you were cursed with my arch nemisis, THE MIKE STAND!! That thing is always driving me crazy, whether it's blocking my shots, casting a shadow, or TR is hiding behind it. LOL You still managed to get some interesting and great pics despite. Looks like you have the same problem with your autofocus focusing on the mike stand instead of the target behind it. It worked to your advantage in some of the photos. GREAT WORK!! Tell me if I am wrong here, I certainly don't want to take all of the credit, but I think I may have influenced your style a bit. I remember the old photos you took and looking thru these, especially the Key Club photos, they look like pictures I would take. I had to chuckle to myself a bit. LOL Anyway, they look awesome and thanx for posting them. Hopefully in the not too distant future we will be able to get the website running properly again and I can post the multitude of pics I have taken recently. |

Fluffy, thanks again for he tremendous compliments. I'd say the similarity of our shots come from a combination of things. First, you are right, I definately looked at your shots as inspiration. Second, we have almost the exact same camera. But yes, you certainly did influence my style!!
