and ive never met him i dont think nor have i met my moms cousin but ive met my moms aunt which is my grandfathers sister and he lives in new mexico and her name is diane thomas luv you timmy
i can't imagine caring that much about what version of my name someone calls me. it must be exhausting. daniel p., danny p., and dan p. are the same person.
Having been called Zachy when I worked with these old ladies in this deli constantly, makes it annoying when people call me Zachy. I doubt I get called Zachy as much as Tim gets called Timmy and it's gotta get old when you don't like it. Maybe he doesn't care but I remember that he doesn't exactly like it when he's called Timmy.
I have a negative association with the name. When I worked at that deli it was crazy. They were all like Zachy this and Zachy that and then Zachy honey and Zachy sweetie. I would always try to tell them nicely not to call me that stuff because I wasn't their grandkid. It's not my name and I don't find it cute and before that it never bothered me when I go the occasional Zachy but now it's just got annoying. What I hate more though is old ladies who call me sweetie or whatever else like that. It's not fucking respectful and maybe I'm out in left field but it seems like they're talking down to me. Damn old people.
well, i can relate to your distain for the elderly. but about the old people talking down to you, do you honestly care in the least about what some old hagling thinks of you? people generally used call me "daniel" when i'm in trouble. but it's not as if now when someone calls me daniel i assume they're going to yell at me for something.
