what do you guys do to get better? I used to take medicine but it never did anything, not even temporary relief

alright i have to go perform at church today :-/

what I do depends on the symptom

i take as much medicine i can take without doing damage to myself. as much and as often as possible.

If I use anything for colds/flu its Nyquil, may not help the cold more than anything else but always knocks me out so I can sleep.

I have to be feeling really crappy to take anything at all.

Believe it or not, there is a lot to be said for "chicken soup" and colds/flu. That and tea. There, you heard it from Dr Mom! LOL

BTW I hope you are feeling better Macht! Somewhere on here there is a thread, I think Jay started it, about remedies. Maybe Jay can remember it.
