I just saw on his website that he will be doing shows with Oteil Burbridge and Steve Bailey @ The Birchmere, Arlington VA on Sept 13th and in NYC at Iridium Jazz Club Sept 14-19.
Also I am psyched because Bela Fleck and the Flecktones will be appearing again at McCarter Theatre in Princeton NJ on Oct 1st! Woohooo!!!!! |

| The Flecktones came to Hamilton recently, which is like 45 minutes away from me (it was for 4/20 actually). I wanted to go, but it was 19+ only. I was planning on calling and begging to be an exception.. then I forgot about it. |

| dude i wanna see wooten so bad.... that guy is amazing. Seeing him jam on like an acoustic bass or electric base by himself would be amazing. On live at the quick or something, he played amazing grace, and yes, it was amazing lol you should record this one PJK if you'd be so kind i doubt i'll be able to make it. |

| Thanks PJK I won't be making any shows but I'll definitely look to get some of those shows. BTW, I'm seeing the Flecktones this sunday and I'm excited as all hell. |

Yeah, i saw this about 2 weeks ago on his website...i have a friend that lives about 10 minutes from the venue in arlington...unfortunately it is on a monday, so it looks like i may have to skip a few classes tuesday(screw driving 3 hours after a show...dat's no fun).... But yeah, you can bet your ass i'm gonna go to the arlington show...anyone else live close to it wanna meet me there?!
