Hello. I'm new here and I'm not one to start rumors, or get everyboyd's hopes up on false information. My friend works on the Campus and Activities board at the University of Maine, where we both go. She told me they put a bid on Tim Reynolds, and he accepted, so I guess he is playing in the fall. She said sometime around September 16th. So, I'm not sure if anyone of y'all knows more than anyone else out there, but if someone has a little insight if this is true. I believe her that it is, I was just curious to know if anyone had solid proof, even though it's hard without his tour dates really being up. Thanks. Good day...

Welcome Brian! I am sure before too long, as in a month or two we should know TIM's plans for the fall. Real good chance your info is correct. If so, congratulations, your campus activities people know good music!

Hey. Thanks. Yeah I was so pumped when I learned he was coming. We don't really get anybody really big. Last year we got Maroon 5, Gavin Degraw, Michael Tolcher, Martin Sexton, Eve 6...stuff like that, nothing huge, but still great to see, all the way in middle on Maine. So, I'm pumped to see Tim up at UMO, hope it all works out.

Hey, sweet they announced it...so it is really gonna happen. I go to UMaine, so I will be able to go, but really anyone can. UMaine always sets up a stage behind the library on the beautiful mall, where everyone plays frisbee, hangs out, etc. Matt Nathanson, Martin Sexton...they've done this before. So it says its closed to the public, but there is no way of stopping anyone...people just walk up and sit down. I'm so pumped for this show, I'll be there, front row.

And if anyone wants to come up, as Fluffy said, and needs an online UMaine frined. I'll hook you up, don't want anyone to miss the show, if they thought about coming. And if anyone does think about coming, you can. There isn't like security, its outside, the Campus Activities Board is run by kids, some of my really good friends. They just want everyone to enjoy good music. See you there. |

That's awesome news for you JimiThing, be sure to give us a full report of all TR happenings at your school. You are now officially a member of the TR TASK FORCE so it is your duty to spread the word to your schoolmates about the show. |

Hey thanks guys. I will spread the word. A ton of my frineds now already, they will be there. I can't wait. Question: Can I video tape it? Does Tim allow that at small school events? I don't want to intrude on any rules, but I'd love to tape it. Let me know. Thanks.
Hope to see many people at the show...

And yes I will let you all know abou tthe happenings of the show. Heres another weird question. Sorry.
Would it be easy to meet Tim if he came to UMaine? I'd love to talk to him for a little, get a picture maybe. I know it probably varies after every performnace, if he's in a rush, or not in the mood. But does he stick around? I tried meeting him when he came to Portland, Maine once, but no luck. I sure would like to, he's a genius. Thanks a lot guys.

Most Likely. Tim's rule is prety much that he is cool with it, as long as the venue is. Here is TR's official taping policy:
