Can you explain how to enter your ftp site? I can get FTP on my computer, no problem, like from this site. But I can't get to yours. I guess I just don't know where to put the information or something. Anyway, any help you can give me would be great.

Hey Jas do you have an ftp program? If not you can download CuteFTP from like cnet.com or download.com... it's a good program and pretty self explanatory how to use. My work here is done.

Do you just use your browser for the official FTP? I wouldn't know anything about doing that. If that's what you're doing then try another program. CuteFTP is good. Bulletproof FTP is good. I personally use FTP Explorer(freeware, heheh). Just like Pimpy said go to www.download.com and you can find all these and others. Make sure all the info is in. Some programs you have to make up a name for the host before it'll let you do anything too.

I had it up all day and no one could get on it. I have no idea why. Everything appeared to bet set up perfectly. I was using Serv-U and set it up with the wizard, so it seems like I gave it all the info it needed. It said the server was online the whole time. If anybody has any input it'd be appreciated. Hopefully I'll get it back up, but no guarantees.
