i hate those lists.

a couple points: the most destructive habit is smoking.

also, about dedicated leaders. so many people complain about leaders. but where are all the bright men and women to step up and take their place? simple. there aren't any. what we have is the best we can do.

Nice list Dan P. There is an awesome book by Eckhart Tolle called 'The Power of Now'. He talks about most of the stuff on the list, in one way or another. I highly reccomend it to everyone.
