Im really interested in copys of any recordings that surface for this tour, and would like to get in contact with anyone taping or anyone wanting to tape. Also, if youre not taping but se a taper there, maybe you can give them my addy

What all do you need/need to do to tape a show? What kind of gear do you need and who do you contact to tape a show?

I'm planning on borrowing a friends video camera for the show. I could borrow my friends Minidisk player too would that work for patching into the sound board or would i need to find a dat recorder?

For soundboard feeds, try your best to use DAT. MD isnt bad, but it uses slight compression durring recording, and you try to stay away from that. But if thats all you have, by all means please do it.
I'll try and see what i can do about converting VHS -> MPG as well.

its pretty crazy, i asked the venue im going to see tim at what their deal was on taping, and they said they dont have a problem with it but the promoters do?

Tim's gonna be in Charlotte! For a while there it wasn't looking like I was going to be able to see any shows this tour. I will definitely try to make this show. If I do, then you can count on me to video tape it.
