Tim Reynolds is a 3000-year-old alien ninja who came to this earth about 1500 years ago and invented the guitar. He layed low for the first dozen or so centuries, occasionally popping up to help Beethoven and Bach with their scales. In the middle of the 20th century Martin improved on his original design, creating the dreadnought guitar. That is when he decided to show his face and flex his godly powers.
