is there an address to send fan mail to Tim? I couldn't find one on this website.
I want to say Dear Tim Reynolds, thank you so very much for playing with Dave this spring. The shows meant more to me than I could ever put into words. You could maybe read my mind though - here's my mind read address ^^^@***.calm Be healthy, enjoy a peaceful heart Love |

Sorry little lurker, I don't think any of us ever wrote to TIM, or wanted to. We just hang out and see him after the shows. He knows we love his music and thats all most of us would say to him.
I guess you could send a message via Fluffy or Mason. e-mail one of them and ask if they could pass on your message to TIM. Fluffy will be touring with Chris until end of May so if you e-mail either of them in June I am sure they would give TIM the message at the CO shows.

You might want to say "Thanks for being such an inspiration to me" or something like that. Not "Thanks for playing with Dave".

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I am inspired by Tim, and comforted by his existence. He's aweome on his own, he doesn't have to play with Dave and it seemed to me, the feeling I got from the shows was that he was helping out a freind and their connection, well, see, I can't really form words from how this affected me. Here's another try... the hook up, the songs they played, how they played, the vibe of the experience to me, the aspects of selflessness and surrender by both of them. It affected me this way I suppose because of whats happening in my life now, and thinking that actually meeting Tim any time soon to say " wow, I'm speechless" probably isn't going to happen, I figured I'd write, " wow, I'm speechless". And thanks PJK, after just spilling my guts here a little bit it might take me a little while to work up some courage and write to Fluffy to say, "please tell Tim I said..wow, I'm speechless.." |
