You might be forwarded an e-mail to delete a file called "jdbgmgr.exe". This is a hoax. This file is not a virus, so don't delete it. However, don't panic if you already have. From a Microsoft Knowledge Base article, "The Microsoft Debugger Registrar for Java (Jdbgmgr.exe) is only used by Microsoft Visual J++ 1.1 developers. |

u can usually tell if those 'virus's' are real or not by looking at the crated on date. Most people will say look for this file, its a virus. It stays dormant for a week, then attacks. but the file is usualy been created a year ago or what not. so, yea. |
Remember, turn off your tv. Read. |

You can usually tell it's a hoax because it wants you to delete a file in your windows directory as well. Basically, no email should know more than your virus software, assuming you keep your subscriptions up to date. I have a feeling that the same people that get off on starting these emails are the same people who get off on mislabeling movies and programs on Kazaa... *hurumph* |
