It seems to me that on Gossip of the Neurons, Big Blast of Hot Air is in drop-A. Some people have been saying drop-D but I think tim has been doing that lately, namely jamming in D, and calling whatever comes out Big Blast of Hot Air. Anyway, the one from Gossip is most definately in A, just listen to it. Here's what he loops at first:
E-7-7-7-7-7
A-0-0-0-0-0
A-0-0-0-0-0
Obviously you need to listen to get the rhythm but that's pretty much it. A little bit later he loops (this is on the DD-5, not the DL-4) the two open As.
