We all know Fluffy and Erich are great at taking photographs. Anyone else interested in photography????
I really like William Claxton's work. Would love to get his book "Photographic Memory" and also see one of his shows. He has a show going on now but alas it is in Japan, so that leaves me out.
I also like Ansel Adams. He does nature pictures. Really awesome works.
I have never been good with the camera, but I like to fool around with black and white photos. Something about black and white really facinates me.
Just wondering if anyone else shares the interest. |

| Hey Pam, I am a bit of a shutter bug. My enlarger is in storage though. It's been years since I've had it out. I haven't made the change to digital yet. If you ever make to my house I can show you some of my work. I did a few weddings and it's too stressful. It's a one TIMe deal, if they don't come out you are screwed. I would have to pick up a digital camera if I chose to do that again so I know I would have backup. |

Whoa Kevin, I had no idea you were into photography like this!!!Thanks so much for sharing these. I will go back and look at them again, probably several TIMes!
Some of them should have been made into posters, and I am not one for hanging up Posters, but I wouldn't mind a poster of some of those! |

Ditto to that! Those pictures were amazing.... not to sound cliché, but you really "caught the moment". (Please excuse my lack of better words!) I had checked out some of Fluffy's photography and was blown away by those as well.
I have a great appreciation for photography. Especially after I came back from Europe.... I realized I am a horrible photographer   
Does anybody have any pointers for taking better pictures? And while on the topic, can anybody recommend a decent camera. I am obviously not looking for something too advanced, but something that is good for the photo-disabled. Thanks!

THANX for the compliments! As I said before, I really enjoy photography.
Miss S: I have a sony mavica digital camera (similar to the one Fluffy uses) and I love it... perhaps the reason I am able to "capture the moment" as you said was because I was am able to see the picture as I am taking it.It also lets you take hundreds of pictures without wasting film or money developing them, then you just pick out the ones you want to keep.
