Maybe just cause I'm the youngest and most vulnerable of all you fine people, but I Think that that's pretty damn sweet. You wouldn't beleive the looks on the people at my school..........." Are you gonna shoot us now?" oh well they don't appreciate the old saying "One man's garbage is another man's treasure." so i'll say it agian, God ( what ever the hell HE is) bless thrift stores!

Actually, I thought that last statement was really good. Maybe when I get tired of my current signature, I'll change it to that.

So I guess I should have said, Jay, sounds like a plan, good way to use your noddle! Get a cheap bowler to cover your noddle. Then you can call it a noddle derby!

For the record, I like Noodle better. Noodles and CHEESE!!! Getting hungry again, gotta run eat!

Well, here's the best theory I could find:

noo·dle2 (ndl)
n. Slang

1.The human head.
2.A weak, foolish, or stupid person.
[Probably alteration of noddle.]

noddle \Nod"dle\, n. 1. The head; -- used jocosely or contemptuously.

noddle n : (British) "use your noddle"

Voila! We brought it to America and changed it to "use your noodle!"

Does anyone know the difference between a derby and a bowler?

Main Entry: [2]bow·ler
Pronunciation: 'bO-l&r
Function: noun
Etymology: Bowler, 19th century family of English hatters
Date: 1861
: DERBY 3

Main Entry: der·by
Pronunciation: 'd&r-bE, esp British 'där-
Function: noun
Inflected Form(s): plural derbies
Etymology: Edward Stanley †1834, 12th earl of Derby
Date: 1844
1 : any of several horse races held annually and usually restricted to three-year-olds
2 : a race or contest open to all comers or to a specified category of contestants
3 : a man's stiff felt hat with dome-shaped crown and narrow brim

HMMMMMMMMMM, maybe there isn't a difference.

I LOVE THRIFT STORES. Let me qualify and state for the record, that by making this statement,I am in no way endorsing the shopping at thrift stores. Far be it from me to try and CONVINCE you that it is great. I am merely stating and opinion and observation on my own part based solely on my own experiences and not on the opinions of others. I suggest that everyone try it sometime, you might have alot of fun. If you don't enjoy it, don't come crying to me. I only suggest others may find it fun as I have. I make this oath being of sound mind and body. Geez, Isaac sure takes the fun outta just making a comment on the message board.
