Well today we set off on what would be the hardest drive of the TouR. What we didn't know was how beautiful it would be. From the mountains around and lake around Tahoe, thru some of the most beautiful Redwoods you could ever hope to see to the Pacific Ocean. What a drive it was even though we got held up by a flipped car in the narrowest part of the drive into Humboldt county. We were more than an hour late for soundcheck but luckily we made it safely. We were only about 8 cars behind the car that clipped one of those aforementioned Redwoods and flipped into the road blocking both lanes. Everyone seemed to OK, but the car was fucked. Mother Nature wins again. It's a whole different vibe in Humboldt County. We love being up in that part of Cali. The show was fantastic and the audience seemed thirsty for it. They ate TR's set up completely and wanted more. Because of the lateness of our arrival, we did an all acoustic set sans V and drum machines but I think these folks would have loved that portion as well. Here is what the setlist looked like:
