Just got back from my first tim show. AMAZING.

I don't have the setlist. They wouldn't give it to me, said it'd be posted here soon.

Anyway, Stream, Come Together, Whole Lotta Love, Propaganda song (sorry, don't know the title). Great Stuff. Tim rocked the acoustic and the electic. Greg Howard guested on the chapman stick for the Whole Lotta Love encore (1 song encore). Set was exactly 90 min. 11-12:30. Tim knew the crowd was drunk and poked fun throughout the night. A pretty young crowd, but very energetic. Loudest crowd I've heard (thinking about recordings on Archive.org. etc.)

Peace, goodnight.

Well, it doesn't really matter, just a matter of scheduling. I'm sure one day he'll tour like that again. Maybe doing even more of the Parallel Universe material.

How have you been prsmartin? Haven't seen you around here in a while.

Arthen, the Chaos View shows were simply amazing. I actually did kill numerous people and sold my soul to the devil to go to a few. It payed off though...what a hell of an experience.

Not to rub it in or anything. Sorry.

I'd kill to see a Chaos View style show. Kill. Blood and guts and veins in my teeth. I mean kill....kill....kill!...kill!

Yes, it was "Indoctrinate". I love that tune.

No "Put the Gas Mask On", but one helluva show. I can't wait to see him again!

He never has to rape the guitar. They all are willing to submit to his dominion. And the "Propaganda Song", if I understand what you are referring to, is Indoctrinate. Glad you had a good first Tim show. Stick around and hang out. Welcome aBOARD!

Greg Howard is awesome too. I've seen him open for Tim. I can't remember if he did Watchtower that night but he did cover One Sweet World.

Indeed, it was a good show. The crowd could have been better, but I guess that's just how it goes sometimes.

Tim came out in his alien costume, and welcomed us all by saying, "greetings earthlings...", then ripped it up. Rheginos was amazing, and I finally got to see Tim's fanatical slapping/guitar beating/"thumb-of-war" technique. I actually felt sorry for the guitar. Tim was in classic form throughout the show, making fun of the drunks, telling everybody to take off their pants and get naked, and called himself "Becky" for a song. Funny.

I don't have a setlist, but tried to remember what I could: after R&R, he did Come together (which became a sing along with the crowd), Che... Somewhere in there was Stream > You Don't know. Halfway through the set, he "broke out the machines..." and finished up with all electic. Even though I was only five feet away, his fingers were going so fast, I couldn't even begin to describe how unbelievable it was. It's just something you have to see in person.

I got there early to make sure to catch Greg Howard play his stick. He was fantastic. His live version on "Watchtower" blew me away. I'd never seen Greg live, so it was a treat to watch him play. Make sure to check him out if you get the chance.

Best,
R.
