For Pam and everyone else

My mom drove me up to Hamilton to see Tim yesterday, and it was a great show. We got there at the time it was supposed to start, but it startd late so i didnt miss anything. The people holding the show wanted to wait until the Wailers were finnished. Fluffy said one guy commented along te lines of "... who do those guys think they are, Bob Marley and the Wa... ooooooooh!! The WAILERS!". Before the show in the dress room he put on a mask of tin foil and poked eye holes it in, he looked like a power ranger .

Tims set was great, all acoustic, FILLED with covers. He played (not in this order) Feeling Doors, Stranger In A Strained Land, Come Together -> Ohio, Dreaming, "New D Song" (fun tune, i liked it!), Indoctrinate, Natural Mystic, All You Need Is Love, Loose Interpretations, Kundalini Bonfire, Buffalo Soldier, and two more Marley covers to close the show that i dont know. great stuff though! He was introduced as "the Guitarist For Dennis Kucinich", and he said he likes his new title. I guess thats the new D+T, Dennis & Tim

I couldnt stay for Peter Prince unfortunatly, but im glad I got a chance to chat with him. Hes a good guy. Left and got home late, but it was still a nice day trip. Hope to see him in Buffalo, that'll be a great show as well im sure

Great review Erich, you lucky punk. But what's up with not knowing the Marley covers??? Go out and get every one of Marley's Island Records reissues right now and study those so something like that doesn't happen again!

Please tell me he wore that on stage... or at least that there is a picture of it.

Yea TIM absolutely blew my mind!!! Couldn't get over how loose and happy he was on stage. The new stuff he played sounded right on, and he was even able to bring some of the drunk kids up to their feet with his covers. Great, great show. Definitely worth the drive from Ithaca!!! Hopefully I'll have another chance to see him in Buffalo!!

Thanks Tim!
