I always wondered how the fan site Looseinterpritations.com became the Version 2.0 of timreynolds.com.

Shortly after I took over the helm of TM for TR I recieved and email from Jon Soldo who wanted me to have a look at his fan site for TR. After looking it over and comparing it to the current "official" site I saw that what JS had come up with was much more user friendly which was very important for me as I had just stepped into the computer age and the other website seemed very hard to use. I proposed to JS the possibility of having him run TR.com if TR was down with it and at the TIMe he wasn't as busy as he is these days. He was still in school, with loads of free TIMe and he just had a more functional site and lots of new and exciting ideas for TR.com So after showing the website to TR and Diane they agreed that we should jump on the opportunity. And the rest is history as they say. The fan site became the official site and I became the "man behind the curtain". JS did all of the work on the website, creating the board, design layout, posting TouR dates, photos, etc etc. I basically looked at it and told him out to simplify it for less computer literates like myself and between my input and his hard work we have what you view today. Only big change is as JS got out into the workforce his TIMe for the board became less and he set it up so that I could personally update it myself which is where we find ourselves today. Still if I have to fix or change something I generally have to call Jon but the small stuff I can handle. LOL Thanx to Jon Soldo for all his hardwork over the years. He is still looking out for me and my ignant self and I am lucky to call him FRIEND!

Ahhh, the old sites and the old boards, that was in an age long since past...

But I think you are close to the actual story Dan. And Jon Soldo does a great job with the site! Thanks J!
