A show I can actually walk to from where I sit now. I can't believe it.

DEFINATELY a BOARD MEETING. Looks like the show is on a Wednesday night. Whatever. Everyone better come. The place is small enough that we can fill it with board people...

Rew should like Manayunk Brewery, they are supposed to have some great tasting beer, of course, since I am not fond of beer, I can't speak from experience.

BTW Fluffy, thanks for your help, Keith finally got my email! Really appreciate your help!

Nah, he isn't drinking beer anymore. Neither is Fluffy or Tim. They are now addicted to Sprecker Root Beer. Ha ha, my diabolic plan to get them addicted to a good root beer and drink it and me not profiting off of it any way at all has worked! What a brilliant scheme.

. . . wait, no profit? Shit, I should have thought this one through.

no countdown, since I don't know to what to count down... Rew let me know they're in Oxford safely, and I'm hoping I can meet up with them before they hit the venue again... I have picked out an outfit, and I have outfit my house with Rew's fav beer in case they want to come over after :) Other than that, I'm just waiting.

Too bad no one wanted to come over, we could be having fun already. :) I even cleaned my house.
jsemon2 Posted - 10/18/2006 : 2:52:04 PM
probably no countdown, he is with fluffy more then likely.
tericee Posted - 10/18/2006 : 10:05:47 AM
So the show is tonight...

are you doing a countdown?

Hi Pam!
I have not made plans to, but I don't think it would be that hard to sway me... two shows for the price of one...

All we need is a flaming moe, and some blatant post-whoring/whore-posting.

Ya know for a moment this felt like the board of years gone by. It must be because it's all about Jason......nah.....

amen man. i know the feeling, and then some.

I have been banned from every dmb forum you can think of besides the ones I signed up for and never posted (e.g. nancies.org). I run www.dmbdvds.com and author a lot of dvds for the community only to get ungrateful people who either a> bitch just to bitch or b> expect things on their timetable.

next month will be a year since my first TR concert and I haven't looked back since. I have been giving as much TIMe i can to TR and Marcus Eaton in spraeding their live shows to all those who want to hear it. People in the two communities are insanely grateful and don't expect very much. People dont come here when bored and make drama.

but back to giving praise to jason on his show

I doubt I'll be able to make it there with it being in the middle of the week but I'll damn sure try! You must feel somewhat vindicated...

I've never said this to anyone:

I love you enthuTIMsiast.
enthuTIMsiast Posted - 08/13/2006 : 01:15:49 AM
This thread is about me, and my joy in TR coming to my hometown. I didn't mean to be misleading anywhere in what I posted...

love,

enthuTIMsiast.

The only reason I have ever left messege boards is the shit that people dump on me. Then they become immature and idiotic. Then I ask them simply not to use terms that offend me, and they beat me down with them, and laugh. And all of those messege boards were dmb messege boards.

I am glad you guys aren't like the other boards I've been on :) .

Trust me, I am here to stay.

P.S. the kids are fine

You don't like me? :( :( :(

All this time we spent together meant nothing to you!
What am I supposed to tell the kids!

LOL!!!!! I know, I thought of you and the kids and just couldn't bring myself to tell you face to face........sorry it had to be this way!

Seriously, I didn't mean that to sound like I didn't want to meet anyone new, I always enjoyed meeting people from the board and others, including some very interesting bar tenders, at TR shows. Years ago there was a really tight group of people on here, including Jason (enthuTimsiast), but life goes on, most of them were in college and graduated, moving in new directions. Some like XAR666, just faded away! Then there are those like Fluffy's sister Teri that moved to Germany, so meeting up with her at a show is slim to none right now.

I was lucky to be able to hear TIM at C'ville this summer. Now that I am going back to school and working, I am just too poor to travel to anymore shows, but hopefully that will only be for the next four years or so........LOL
Arthen Posted - 08/11/2006 : 11:14:05 PM
I understand the feeling well, although thankfully it only took three years, not six. Enjoy the anticipation and enjoy the hell out of the concert!
KevinLesko Posted - 08/11/2006 : 9:32:01 PM

Sorry, it's just me being me. I've only been able to see Tim once. I am so happy he is coming to the barrymore.

I say you are lucky you could drive to shows. I am always scared about my car breaking down while driving to alpine which is an hour away!
PJK Posted - 08/10/2006 : 7:59:48 PM
Hey Jason, I'm really glad that after all the years you traveled all over to hear TR, he is finally coming to your town! Very cool!

As for me, my traveling days to hear TR are over, no clue when, if ever, I will hear him play again. By October I will be busy with work and school, yep, I will be hitting the books again. Weird, teacher and student at the same time,LOL.

As for a board meeting, I always thought that would be cool, but for me it's never going to happen as most of the people I wanted to hang out with at a TR show no longer post here.
