The acoustic From This World is mind blowing, isn't it? Whew. I wish I could've seen that and the Torch, well, there will other concerts and other opportunities, thank God it was recorded.

Welcome aBOARD both of you!

As for your question Moose, as it has been said, there is not bad Tim. You might prefer venturing through TR's acoustic stuff, and then check out the electric, that seems to be the most popular way.

Here are some songs you might want to download:

Rheginos and the Resurrection
Che
Delicate Balance
And Then They Were Free
Los Alamos is Burning
You Are My Sanity
Loose Interpretations
Breathing Space

Awesome acoustic albums with these songs and more:

If you want to "try" before you buy, this is an excellent quality live show for free download:

I just joined too, but I have been loving Tim's wor kfor a long time.

Don't expect everything to sound like Live At Luther College. My perosnal favorite album of his, and one of my favorites of all time actualy, is See Into Your Soul. I think it shows his talent for solo acoustic, multi tracking, synths, and drum sythns/machines. If you want to go harder, I would suggest Astral Projection. If you want bare bones Tim, Stream has been re-released.
